When you buy a ladder, all the required accessories are included. However, if you are installing the ladder yourself, you will need tools such as a power drill. In most cases, you will also of course need a regular ladder during installation. Using a boom lift may be necessary If you are installing the ladder on a tall building.

The ladders are designed in Norway and made in our own factories in Thailand and China.
We have a wide variety of lengths. If you can’t find the right ladder for your building, send us an email and we’ll see if we can help. We can typically deliver ladders from 1,2 meters to 18 meters.

The general warranty for the ladders is 15 years when mounted and used as advised, but they usually last much longer.
Any handyman or handywoman should be able to install the ladder. So finding help should not be a problem.
You are welcome to return the ladder if you for some reason change your mind. However, any return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Please send us an email if you have any questions.
